Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@annicklevesque.com and send your item to: 138 Laurier West, Montréal, Quebec, H2T 2N7.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, it is possible to receive a gift card for the value of your return or a refund to the buyer's credit card. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

HANDBAGS, LEATHER GOODS AND TECH ACCESSORIES

Variations in color and texture are hallmarks of the high quality of beautifully tanned leathers. Over time, the leather will develop a patina and may darken due to the oils produced by your skin and direct sunlight, enhancing the natural look of your handbag or leather goods. Please refer to our product care guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or leather goods.

Subject to applicable terms and exclusions, handbags, leather goods, and tech accessories are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (upon presentation of proof of purchase). If the handbag, leather goods, or tech accessory proves defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use during the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge with an identical or comparable product. Defective handbags, leather goods, and tech accessories will not be returned to the customer. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping a defective product for repair or replacement.

To change the battery powering the integrated lighting system, simply open the small pouch inside the handbag and push the batteries out of the holder. Easily replaceable with watch batteries, these can be found in most large stores. The battery type is marked on the battery holder, along with a reference number, in case you forget. The batteries last an average of 90 hours, and the system is designed to last for several years. Please contact us in case of any damage.
