WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CHOICE? CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?

Returns and exchanges must be made according to the guidelines set out in our return policy.

You have two options for returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online: by mail or in-store. All returns and exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in-store, must be returned within 30 days of the order's shipping date.

Option 1: by mail
      For returns and exchanges by mail, please follow these instructions:
      1. Provide the requested information on the packing slip accompanying your package.
      2. Pack the goods carefully and ensure that all pages of the packing slip are included. If possible, please use the original shipping carton and packing materials.
      3. Attach the addressed and prepaid label to the return package.
      4. Post your return package at a Canada Post location.

Option 2: in store

You can return and exchange items purchased on annicklevesque.com directly at our workshop-boutique. You will need to present your delivery slip with the return or exchange. Please note that in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Eligible merchandise purchased on annicklevesque.com with PayPal can be returned to store for a credit note, no exchanges.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE FROM THE ANNICKLEVESQUE.COM WEBSITE?

Upon presentation of your electronic invoice, we will be happy to exchange new, unused merchandise returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the email from Annick Levesque Inc confirming your online purchase.

IF I GIVE SOMEONE A GIFT, CAN THAT PERSON EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
