FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Annick Levesque Accessories offers free standard delivery in Canada on all orders of $ 50.00 and over (after the application of discounts and before taxes).

DELIVERY DELAY
Standard Delivery (3-7 business days following the billing date)
Expedited Delivery (1-3 business days following the billing date)

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday with Canada Post except holidays. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
The delivery costs will be automatically calculated during the payment, before the finalization of your order. Delivery times do not include order processing time. (Approximately 7 days).
All orders require a signature. The carrier will leave a note on your door in case you are away. You can pick up your parcel at the post office nearest you. Unclaimed or rejected packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee

DELIVERY
Each order is delivered according to the chosen option and to the indicated address. Following your purchase, an email will be sent to confirm your order and address.
If you see an error or if you want to make a change, please contact our online sales department at info@annicklevesque.com with the number of your order and we will gladly proceed with the corrections.
FOLLOW MY DELIVERY
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email and the Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to follow your parcel with this number. Access the Canada Post website to track your order
