    The Annie style is a flat Hobo bag, it can be worn crossbody, at the waist, and carried by hand. Handmade and in real leather, the Annie style is also equipped with an integrated LED light system.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Gift cards are non-returnable

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
    -Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    -Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, it is possible to receive a gift card for the value of your return or a refund to the buyer's credit card. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Deux problèmes

    1. Je n’ai pas reçu le bon sac à main. (Je ne l’ai pas encore utilisé.)

    Thank you for this order, which arrived yesterday. I appreciate how nicely it was wrapped and tied with a lovely blue ribbon!

    Unfortunately, there are two small problems with my order. One is a problem for me, and one is a problem for you.

    I met you at the Circle Craft Market in Vancouver on November 8. I really liked a certain purse, the small bandolier purse in black. You only had one, with embossed leather. I told you I wasn’t sure about buying a purse, but if I did I would prefer the smooth leather. You said that more would be produced in November, and when it was ready you would phone me to make sure I really wanted to order it. You took my information, and sent me a fake receipt to hold my potential order.

    I didn’t receive a phone call, but the purse has arrived in the mail anyway. The good news is that I had decided that I really want one of your purses, so I would have told you that in a phone call. Now for the two problems:

    The problem for me is that I was disappointed to receive the embossed purse, not the smooth one I wanted.

    The problem for you is that I have not paid for this purse! At the craft fair I gave you information, but not my credit card details.

    I’m sorry, because I’m sure it’s a very busy time of year for you, but can you please tell me how we can resolve these two problems?
